Tioga County Government Services Expo - Friday, June 21st

The Tioga County Legislature is hosting the first ever Tioga County Government Services Expo on Friday, June 21st!  The community is invited to attend this free public event from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at 70 Delphine Street in Owego, NY with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 am.

The Government Services Expo is an event featuring the services provided by county government to help the people understand how county government works for the community.  Attendees will have an opportunity to learn what services the county provides, meet the employees who do the work on their behalf and hear about some of the exciting projects that are underway. The Personnel Department will also have career opportunity information for people looking for work.

A Touch A Truck event will also be held to check out the equipment used in day-to-day operations. There will be special gifts for the children who check out the trucks and equipment and free popcorn and cotton candy for the young at heart!
